Terms of Service

Updated: May 26, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Epigraph Media at epigraphmedia.com, including the Epigraph Insider newsletter, the publications in the network, sponsor advertising services, and any related services we provide.

By using Epigraph Media, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who We Are

Epigraph Media is a publishing network operated by:

Craftled, MB
Eduardo Andre 14-5, LT-02232 Vilnius, Lithuania
Registration: 305722486
VAT: LT100015273316

For inquiries, contact support@epigraphmedia.com.

Epigraph Media is the parent brand and publishing network owned and operated by Craftled ("Craftled", "we", "us", "our").

The network comprises the following publications, each with its own editorial focus and audience:

  1. Best Writing — bestwriting.com
  2. Marketful — marketful.com
  3. UI Things — uithings.com
  4. UX Crush — uxcrush.com
  5. Timeeting — timeeting.com
  6. Just Pricing — justpricing.com
  7. AI Turnpoint — aiturnpoint.com
  8. Pynions — pynions.com
  9. You Startups — youstartups.com

Each publication may also publish its own Terms and Privacy Policy specific to that publication; where a publication-specific provision conflicts with these network Terms, the publication-specific provision governs your use of that publication.

Emails sent to addresses at epigraphmedia.com (and at the individual publication domains listed above) are received and handled by Craftled.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Epigraph Media, create a sponsor account, or enter into any commercial agreement with us. By using Epigraph Media, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Use of Epigraph Media

Browsing the network, subscribing to the Epigraph Insider newsletter, exploring the publication index, and using cross-network search and RSS feeds do not require an account. You may access this content for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view content on epigraphmedia.com and across the network for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.

4. Sponsor Accounts and Ad Credits

Advertisers and sponsors may create a single account on Epigraph Media to purchase ad credits and run ad campaigns across any publication in the network. One sponsor account, one credit balance, network-wide reach. Sponsor accounts are subject to these additional rules:

  • Account accuracy: you must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
  • Account security: you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@epigraphmedia.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
  • Payment: ad credits are purchased in USD via Stripe. By purchasing credits, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount selected.
  • Credit balance: credits are recorded in your account ledger and applied to ad placements when they go live on any publication in the network.
  • No interest: credits do not accrue interest and have no cash value outside of their use within Epigraph Media services.
  • Account termination: we may suspend or terminate a sponsor account for breach of these Terms, fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of our advertising standards on any publication in the network.

5. Ad Credits, Payments, and Refunds

Credits

Ad placements across the Epigraph Media network are purchased using prepaid credits in your sponsor account. Credits are denominated in US dollars (1 credit = USD $1.00). You purchase credits via Stripe; credits are added to your account balance immediately on successful payment.

Credits do not expire. Credits have no cash value outside the Epigraph Media network and are not transferable between accounts.

Credit purchases are final

Credit purchases made via Stripe are final and non-refundable to the original payment method. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge that the credits are delivered immediately and that the payment is not subject to chargeback or reversal except in the limited cases described below.

Refunds for ad campaigns

Refunds for ad placements are issued as credits returned to your sponsor account balance, not as payment-method refunds. Returned credits can be applied to future ad placements on any publication in the network.

You may request a refund as credits in the following cases:

  • Before a campaign starts: full refund of the ad cost as credits.
  • Technical issues: full or partial refund as credits if the ad did not display correctly or if platform downtime affected your campaign.
  • Early cancellation: prorated refund as credits for the unused portion of the campaign duration.
  • Duplicate charges: full refund of the duplicate amount as credits.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Campaigns that ran for their full scheduled duration.
  • Poor campaign performance (low click-through rate, low impressions) unless caused by a technical issue on our side.
  • Change of mind after a campaign has started or after credits have been spent.

Exceptions (payment-method refunds)

We may, at our discretion or where required by law, issue a refund to the original payment method in these limited cases:

  • Duplicate payments caused by a technical error.
  • Unauthorized charges resulting from a compromised account.
  • Closure of the Epigraph Media platform, in which case unused credits will be refunded.
  • A court order, regulatory requirement, or applicable consumer-protection law.

How to request a refund

Email business@epigraphmedia.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Include the campaign name, the publication(s) it ran on, the reason for the refund, and the type of refund you are requesting. We review refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed and applied to your account within 1-2 business days of approval, and you will receive an email confirmation.

If you disagree with a refund decision, reply to our response with the subject line "Refund Dispute" and include any supporting documentation. We will escalate the dispute and respond within 5 business days. The final refund decision rests with Craftled, subject to your statutory rights under applicable consumer-protection law.

6. Advertising and Sponsored Content

Advertising across the Epigraph Media network is subject to our published editorial and sponsored-content standards:

  • All sponsored content is clearly labeled with a visible "Partner Content" notice on the publication where it appears.
  • We retain refusal rights. We may reject a sponsored piece on any publication if it makes claims we cannot verify, if it conflicts with that publication's editorial coverage, or if it violates our network-wide advertising standards.
  • Publication-level fit. Sponsor placements are matched to the publication whose audience aligns with the campaign. Editorial discretion on placement rests with the publication.

We comply with FTC, EU, and UK disclosure rules for sponsored content and affiliate links.

Publications in the Epigraph Media network may contain affiliate links. When you click a link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence editorial coverage; the same editorial standards apply whether or not a product is part of an affiliate program. Where required by law, affiliate relationships are disclosed within or alongside the article.

8. Newsletters

By subscribing to the Epigraph Insider newsletter at epigraphmedia.com/newsletter, you consent to receive periodic emails about the network — announcements, new publications, partnerships, and updates from Craftled. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time.

The Epigraph Insider newsletter is sent from insider@mail.epigraphmedia.com.

Subscribing to Epigraph Insider does not subscribe you to any individual publication's newsletter; those are separate opt-ins managed independently on each publication's site. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle newsletter subscription data and how per-publication topic preferences interact.

9. User-Submitted Content

You may submit content to us in various forms, for example a broken link report through our 404 page, a comment via email, or sponsor ad creatives. When you submit such content, you represent that:

  • The content is accurate and lawful.
  • You own or have all necessary rights to submit it.
  • The content does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

You grant Craftled a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, modify, and distribute the submitted content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting Epigraph Media and the publications in the network. You retain ownership of your submitted content.

We may remove or refuse to publish user-submitted content at our discretion, including content that violates these Terms, our editorial standards, or applicable law.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Epigraph Media or any publication in the network for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or resell network content beyond the limited license granted in Section 3.
  • Scrape, mirror, or systematically download content from epigraphmedia.com or any publication in the network without our prior written permission. Reasonable use of our public RSS feeds, /llms.txt, and /sitemap.xml is permitted for the purposes those files are published for.
  • Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any code intended to interfere with the operation of Epigraph Media.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of Epigraph Media without our prior written authorization.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.
  • Submit fraudulent, misleading, or impersonating information.
  • Use Epigraph Media to harass, defame, or harm any person.
  • Interfere with the operation of Epigraph Media or with other users' enjoyment of it.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations, suspend or terminate access, and report violations to law enforcement.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Epigraph Media and across the publications in the network, including articles, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos, trademarks, code, design, the Epigraph Media name, and the names and marks of each publication, is owned by Craftled or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not commercialize, distribute, copy, modify, or create derivative works from network content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by the limited license in Section 3 or by applicable fair-use, fair-dealing, or similar legal exceptions.

If you believe content on Epigraph Media or any publication in the network infringes your copyright or other intellectual property right, send a notice to support@epigraphmedia.com that includes:

  • a clear description of the copyrighted work or other right you claim has been infringed;
  • the URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing material on epigraphmedia.com or the relevant publication domain;
  • your full name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law; and
  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

We review copyright notices in good faith and may remove or restrict access to content we reasonably believe to be infringing. We may forward the notice (including your contact details) to the person who provided the material so they may respond.

Epigraph Media and the publications in the network may link to or embed content from third-party sites (for example, X/Twitter posts, YouTube videos, or external articles). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Following a third-party link is at your own risk, and that third party's terms and privacy policies apply.

13. Disclaimers

Epigraph Media is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

Editorial content across the Epigraph Media network is published for general informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, investment, or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on information found on Epigraph Media.

We do not guarantee that Epigraph Media or any publication in the network will be available without interruption, that defects will be corrected, or that the service will be free of viruses or other harmful components.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Craftled, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of Epigraph Media, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Epigraph Media is limited to the greater of: (a) EUR 100, or (b) the total amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Craftled and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of Epigraph Media; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) content you submit to us.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Epigraph Media, your sponsor account, or any service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

You may stop using Epigraph Media at any time. You may unsubscribe from the Epigraph Insider newsletter via the link in any email or by emailing support@epigraphmedia.com. Sponsor account closure requests should be sent to support@epigraphmedia.com.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law, survive any termination of these Terms.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email to Epigraph Insider subscribers or via a notice on epigraphmedia.com. Continued use of Epigraph Media after the effective date of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the changes.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at support@epigraphmedia.com and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith for a period of at least thirty (30) days.

If the dispute is not resolved, the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring an action in the courts of your country of residence.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

19. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any publication-specific terms that apply to a publication you use, constitute the entire agreement between you and Craftled regarding Epigraph Media.

  • No waiver: our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
